MTPE exhorta a los empleadores a adoptar medidas flexibles ante dificultades de traslado de los trabajadores a sus centros laborales.
A través de un comunicado, el MTPE manifiesta que ante el paro transportistas convocado para el 10 de abril, se exhorta a los empleadores a otorgar una tolerancia de dos horas en el horario de ingreso para los trabajadores que se vean afectados por la falta de transporte público.
La entidad señaló que se trata de una circunstancia excepcional que puede dificultar el traslado de los trabajadores a sus centros laborales, por lo que también recomienda priorizar el teletrabajo, conforme al artículo 17 de la Ley N.º 31572, Ley del Teletrabajo y su reglamento.

Aprueban actualización de los Anexos 1 y 2 del Reglamento de la Ley N° 31572 Ley del Teletrabajo.
Mediante la Resolución Ministerial N° 053-2025-TR, se aprobó la actualización de los Anexos 1 y 2 del Reglamento de la Ley Nº 31572, Ley del Teletrabajo, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 002-2023-TR
- Anexo 1: Valores para el cálculo del consumo de servicio de internet para el 2025.
- Anexo 2: Valores para el cálculo de consumo eléctrico para el 2025.

MTPE exhorta a los trabajadores a adoptar medidas flexibles ante dificultades de traslado de los trabajadores a sus centros laborales.
A través de un comunicado, el MTPE manifiesta que ante el paro transportistas convocado para el 7 de abril, se exhorta a los trabajadores a otorgar una tolerancia de dos horas en el horario de ingreso para los trabajadores que se ven afectados por la falta de transporte público.
La entidad señaló que se trata de una circunstancia excepcional que puede dificultar el traslado de los trabajadores a sus centros laborales, por lo que también recomienda priorizar el teletrabajo, conforme al artículo 17 de la Ley N.º 31572, Ley del Teletrabajo y su reglamento.
