Modifican el Reglamento de la Ley que regula el Régimen Especial de Seguridad Social para los Trabajadores y Pensionistas Pesqueros.
Mediante el Decreto Supremo Nº 024-2025-EF, se modificó el Reglamento de la Ley N° 30003, Ley que regula el Régimen Especial de Seguridad Social para los Trabajadores y Pensionistas Pesqueros
Modifican el Título VII del Compendio de Normas de Superintendencia Reglamentarias del SPP referido a Prestaciones.
Mediante la Resolución SBS N° 00715-2025, fue modificado el Título VII del Compendio de Normas de Superintendencia Reglamentarias del SPP referido a Prestaciones aprobado por la Res. Nº 232-98-EF/SAFP y sus normas modificatorias.

Modifican el Reglamento de la Ley de Modernización de la Seguridad Social en Salud.
Mediante el Decreto Supremo Nº 001-2025-TR, se modificó el artículo 35° del Reglamento de la Ley de Modernización de la Seguridad Social en Salud y se dispuso que la cobertura de la seguridad social de las mujeres gestantes se otorgará de forma inmediata desde su afiliación, independientemente de cuál hubiese sido su situación al momento de la concepción.
